1. How do I get started?
Read the Easyart affiliates' terms and conditions and sign up by filling out the online registration form.

2. How does the affiliate programme work?
You place a special Easyart banner or text link on your site that provides a direct link through which your visitors can access our site. When the visitor places an order with Easyart using your specified link, you will earn a commission of 10% of the value of products purchased, less delivery charges and discounts.

3. Will my website qualify for the affiliates programme?
Most websites will qualify to participate in the programme; however, we reserve the right to reject applications from websites we deem unsuitable. Examples of sites that would not qualify for participation include those that:

• promote sexually explicit material
• promote violence
• promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, national origin, physical disability, sexual orientation, or age
• promote illegal activities
• violate intellectual property rights

4. How much does it cost to become an Easyart affiliate?
Absolutely nothing, there are no fees of any kind for applying to and participating in the Easyart affiliate programme. There is no charge to apply and there is no minimum sales requirement or sales target you must reach before earning commission. You start earning right away.

5. How does Easyart track orders coming from my website?
Links from affiliate websites to the Easyart site use a special format that includes each affiliate's unique account code. Every time a customer follows one of those links to our site, this unique URL tells us which account sent the customer to us.

6. How can I keep track of how many people order?
At the moment, we will e-mail you whenever an order is placed. We will however shortly be launching an online system where you will be able to track your own results.

7. Can I use the graphics of Easyart on my website?
We will provide you with a series of banners and graphics that you can use.

ii. Commission and Payments

1. How is my commission calculated?
Commission is based on the price of the product purchased. For example, if a visitor to your site buys $150 worth of products from Easyart using your specified link, you will receive $15 ($150 x 10% = $15) less delivery and any current discounts.

2. When do I get paid?
We will pay your commission on a quarterly basis. Within 30 days following the end of each calendar quarter we will send you a cheque for the commission on earned products that were dispatched during that quarter. If the commission payment is less than $100 for the quarter, the amount will be held over until the next quarter.

3. What happens if a visitor to my site returns a print?
In the unlikely even that a product is returned or fraud discovered after the commission has been paid, the commission will be subtracted from your next account, or you may be invoiced for the incorrectly paid commission amount.

4. Will I earn commission for personal orders that I make through my website?
Yes, of course! There is absolutely no reason why you cannot refer yourself!
